Export a price list
The Output tab turns your inventory into the documents you actually send: a price list, a CV, a press kit, a bio sheet, an exhibition checklist, a portfolio, even an Instagram caption. Everything reads from the works you've already entered — enter once, produce anywhere.
Make a price list
- Open the Output tab and choose Price List.
- Pick the source — your whole available inventory, or the works from a specific exhibition.
- Choose the currency and whether to include sold and reserved works.
- Download the document.
The list is built from each work's real price, availability and edition details. Works you've marked not for sale or hidden are left off unless you include them on purpose.
The other outputs
- CV Export — your bio, statement and CV, formatted from what's in the CV tab. Exhibitions you
enter once appear here automatically.
- Press Kit / Bio Sheet — a ready-to-send introduction to you and the work.
- Exhibition Checklist — the works in a show, with the details a venue needs.
- Portfolio — see Share a portfolio.
- Instagram Post — a caption drafted for a work you pick.
Choosing what to export from
Wherever an output can be built from a specific show or selection, you pick it from a list of rows — click the exhibition or portfolio you mean. That keeps each document scoped to exactly the works you intend, with nothing extra leaking in.
